Beyond Borders: The Hidden Actors Behind the Global Drone Phenomenon

How a supranational power structure is using advanced technology to control disclosure

Mystery drones are trending again. In a bizarre twist of events, the alleged bomber behind the Tesla Cybertruck explosion outside Trump Tower in Las Vegas, Matthew Livelsberger, purportedly spoke out via email the day before the attack claiming, among other things, that China was responsible for the drone wave late last year off the East Coast.

Specifically, he said that Chinese submarines are launching drones with gravitic propulsion technology from the Atlantic. He called it a “show of force” and warned that the drone’s speed and stealth makes them “the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed.”

The email’s claims potentially align with observed drone capabilities and activity patterns, adding another layer to an already complex phenomenon. Whether true or not, the email sends a powerful message to the collective psyche.

Amplifying the threat narrative are recent stories breaking through media silence. In the US, Suffolk County officials recently reported ongoing drone incursions over Grabreski airport, a civilian and Air National Guard airport in Long Island. Car-sized drones are not just skirting the restricted airspace—they are brazenly flying over active runways and taxiways in an “ever-increasing problem.”

Last weekend in Denmark, a witness reported seeing around 20 large drones over the port of Koege, which allegedly flew at high speed out into the bay. A quick tour of social media reveals many more such reports, including personal accounts from people who say the drone sightings never stopped. Others are seeing things that push the definitions of what we consider a drone, appearing and acting in ways that seem literally out of this world.

In this cluster of confusion, is it possible to draw any conclusions about who is really behind these drone sightings and what they hope to achieve?

To answer that, we need to consider the larger context of legacy power structures fighting for control, accelerating momentum for non-human intelligence (NHI) disclosure, and the ongoing public awakening to what has previously been hidden.

Supranational Supremacy

A key fact in the drone phenomenon is that it is global and not new. This suggests that whoever is behind the drones has access to the most advanced technology, can deploy it worldwide, works on long time horizons, and presumably would have a motive to stage events across multiple countries.

The pattern of sightings across time and space suggests coordination at a level that transcends nations.

NHI would definitely qualify and given that they have long been appearing in our skies, it is reasonable to assume that some of what people are seeing truly are non-human in origin. They could be leveraging the situation for their own observations and disclosure exercises. However, I don’t think any serious observer believes the “drones” are exclusively an alien phenomenon.

As the power dynamics of our world rapidly and dramatically shift, it becomes increasingly necessary to see beyond traditional borders and consider the underlying systems of control. In a recent interview, Dr. Steven Greer referred to this apex of behind-the-scenes power as a “transnational criminal organization,” likening it to a “UN of illegal covert programs.” Colloquially known as the Deep State or Cabal, these are the puppet masters pulling the strings of state actors and their corporate media partners.

While China would have its own reasons for sending drones into our skies and there are several factors that support the possibility of Chinese incursions, assuming this is only a Chinese operation is too simplistic an explanation for what appears to be a complex phenomenon with multiple aspects and operators.

We must consider that the Deep State has assets in every country whose primary loyalty or obligation is to those authoritarian agendas—agendas that can be flexed for multiple purposes at multiple levels. Similar to their approach in the South China Sea, these operations could represent a Chinese show of force below the threshold of direct conflict. We could be seeing the next stage of hybrid warfare that hits on multiple fronts, including technological, economic, military, and strategic.

This potentially serves China’s national aspirations, while creating a distraction that keeps the true orchestrators hidden. Those actors can use the spectre of war to create greater instability, uncertainty, and fear that can be exploited to try to maintain control on a grander scale.

“Try” is the key word there. Despite aggressive censorship attempts, the internet has allowed information to flourish, making it possible for people to research, exchange ideas, and hear new voices. As a result, narratives that were once accepted at face value are now instantly and robustly questioned. Power is moving from the state to the people despite vociferous attempts to the contrary.

Research and revelation have been crowdsourced.

Disclosure Isn’t Happening in a Vacuum

The confirmation that we are not alone has profound implications for humanity and for the existing power structures. It is the final nail in the coffin for the old power “elite.” Gone are the artificial divisions that keep us fighting one another. Gone are our materialist scientific worldviews that limit our reality to what we can see, touch, and measure. Gone are economies based on keeping people sick, killing people for resources, and drilling the planet for fuel.

And when we learn that we have long had the technology that made all of that unnecessary, those who have suppressed and exploited these technologies and knowledge for their own gain are going to have to face the mob.

The timing of the drone waves coincides with accelerating momentum in the disclosure movement.

For example, whistleblower testimony delivered under oath by credible witnesses has confirmed the existence of recovered non-human craft and reverse-engineered gravitic propulsion technology within secret black budget programs.

As Congress adds more whistleblower protections, we can expect more people to come forward with extraordinary stories and evidence that the government knows much more than it publicly reveals.

Though not independently verified, according to Dr. Greer, whistleblowers with direct proof of six black operations sites will be coming forward this January. Additionally, more and more videos and personal accounts, from the military and the public, are turning more and more people into believers.

The timing may be particularly significant given reports that President-elect Trump has previously received classified briefings on UAP/UFO programs and has hinted at major revelations to come, as echoed by people in contact with him. He is poised to be the disclosure president. Regardless of personal politics, that someone who has vowed to expose and dismantle the Deep State will be in the White House spells trouble for a system that survives on secrecy. Hence the desperate attempts to prevent Trump from taking office.

When you truly understand what disclosure represents and what is at stake, you understand why those legacy power structures will do anything to keep control of the narrative.

Their very existence depends on it and yet they know that it cannot be stopped, which makes them desperate and dangerous.

Psychological Scare

As discussed in my previous articles, the drone phenomenon has the markings of a sophisticated psyop designed to control the disclosure process and temper humanity’s awakening, among other things. Remember, it is never just one thing.

By maintaining confusion and uncertainty while gradually displaying advanced technology, these actors appear to be managing humanity’s response to unexplained objects in our skies. The sophistication of this operation becomes clear in how it simultaneously serves multiple purposes, including:

• Tests public reactions

• Assesses local and state response capabilities

• Justifies expanded authorities

• Gets people thinking about NHI

• Obfuscates and distracts from real disclosure revelations

• Maintains narrative control

• Acclimates public to contradictory and inconclusive official information

• Establishes precedent for future operations

It seems we are also being conditioned to be afraid, which makes us easier to control.

Controversy is swirling around whether the letter from Matt Livelsberger is authentic but it almost doesn’t matter. The message is out there percolating our collective mind regardless. The email, as publicized by the Shawn Ryan Show and now all over X, succeeded in raising the alarm on foreign adversaries showing up above American soil with apparent impunity. The idea that China’s technological capabilities have surpassed our own strikes at American’s core sense of security. There is a lot that has happened in just the last week or so that undergird the message that we are not safe.

If terrifying us into submission is the ultimate goal, we might see the emerging hostile threat narrative culminate in the appearance of bigger and/or more “drones” or the kinetic escalation that some have predicted.

For example, forecaster Clif High predicted that the drone sightings will degenerate into a chaotic kinetic melee in the sky, with no one really sure who is firing at who or what is going on.

Currently, authority is limited to shoot down drones, which is why some legislators are seeking new laws. In November, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand said:

[If] it's over the base — if it's over a sensitive site, I want to create authority for them to take down,” Gillibrand says. “An object that doesn't do anything, it's not showing hostile intent but it's a huge national security breach, and so we want to update the law to say this is a huge national security breach and we may take them down on that basis alone. They don't have to shoot at you. They don't have to drop a chemical weapon. They don't have to drop a nuclear weapon. You could just take them down, because they are clearly spying.

Are we being prepared for a drone war? Would that be the pretext to attack anything that shows up in our airspace—human or not?

Is the ultimate agenda to try to thwart full disclosure in an attempt to preserve the Deep State’s power?

In my estimation, the answer is yes.

Future Proves Past

The traditional frameworks of nation-state actors do not adequately explain the patterns we are witnessing. Instead, we must look to hidden power structures operating above national boundaries that are using advanced technology and sophisticated psychological operations to try to shape our collective future.

In a merciful irony, the more the Deep State seeks to obscure the truth, the more its true nature is revealed.

What unfolds in the coming weeks and months will tell us a lot about who is behind the mystery drones and what their ultimate agenda is. For now, it seems logical to assume an all-of-the-above explanation—our airspace is a giant soup of domestic and foreign, prosaic and secret, human and non-human technologies. This confusion seems completely calculated.

The question becomes not just what we're seeing in our skies, but how these and other events are being used to mold public consciousness and preserve power structures during a period of profound global transformation and humanity's awakening to broader realities.
