Funny. I didn't know anything about this until just this morning. My first thought was: New Jersey! Of course! In Appalachia there are just too many shotguns!
This is analogous to other psy-ops, like Covid. Create a slow boiling anxiety and uncertainty to make people receptive to a mass formation savior (eg. Fauci and vaccines). Another example is the terrorism of 911 also engineered by the U.S. government, which "justified" the ongoing War on Terror which included domestic spying on all Americans and the jettison of habeas corpus. Although, of course, the terrorists are now our friends, and we now call them "rebels".
Any message coming from the federal government is a lie, as their contradictory statements should make clear. The plan is to induce a generalized fear, and then leverage that to impose further restrictions on what is supposed to be a free and open society. The government can operate the drones AND the response to the drones (dangerous or not) to keep people in a constant state of uncertainty, helplessness and dependence. Just like funding terrorists and fighting them all at the same time. Just like creating a new virus and offering a vaccine, all at the same time. And when the space aliens arrive, that event will reflect a similar M.O.
The other possibility is that this is actually a captured government who are intentionally standing down in an act of Espionage.
We know that the current administration supposedly has had significant dealings with both China and Ukraine and we know that Russia submitted proof to UN from a Bioweapons lab facility claiming America and the Ukrainian Government had built military drones that had pathogens as the payload and could spray them on civilians, and we know these drones likely came from the ocean around the International Waters and they have been filmed spraying at night and seen around the water reservoirs so perhaps they are intentionally spraying another lab made virus for a new Psyop for 2025!
