Nice process. Yesterday I was surprised to see an advert for AI relationship advice - not something I had anticipated to be publicly available so soon.
For me, ClaudeAI is a very effective research assistant. Apart from the standard searching, summarising and logical analysis I’ve found it very useful to ask what I haven’t considered - and particularly questions I didn’t ask. I’ve learned that I can ask ClaudeAI to respond from the perspective of particular roles or worldviews - very useful.
During, or at the conclusion of a conversation I sit quietly and endeavour to become fully present and sense/intuit what AI hasn’t considered. That’s been a useful practice and I’m getting better at it.

In the vein of using AI on an entirely different subject that I believe is close to your heart.
